PRINTING QUALITY
Quality and trusted professional labs are used to print your images. They are specialised in museum archival quality productions. I also inspect every item and make sure the print is satisfying before sending it your way.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Any print can be shipped anywhere in the world for a fixed price. They will be shipped in a secure and rigid cardboard postal tube via French Post. Shipped prints will be tracked where available.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If your print has arrived damaged, please inform us as soon as possible, with detailed photographs so we can take the necessary steps. As I want you to be completely happy with your artwork, do get in touch if something isn’t right: any print can be replaced.

POSTER EDITIONS VS LIMITED FINE ART
Poster editions are limited prints but not signed nor sent with an art certificate. They can be purchased in any size you want. Fine art prints however, are signed and numbered by me and come with an art certificate: a certificate of authenticity with various elements specific to photography.
TREATMENT AND SHIPPING TIME
It all begins the moment you select the image you want. Production time then varies between 2 to 3 business days. Fine art prints can take up to 7 business days. Shipping time however, depending on where you live, can take up to two weeks. Although the shipments are tracked, delays are unfortunately out of our control.
